i’m from england, we have the biggest arsehole as our prime minister ‘gordan brown’ no one gives two shits about him, he has no presence or influence over the public. You have a great president one that will go down in history in the same vain as kennedy. Count yourself lucky to have someone as well known and respected worldwide as obama is.

Got one thing to say on Obama: Where is the change?
January 11th, 2010 at 11:33 am

January 11th, 2010 at 12:51 pm
small differences, maybe. obama might look and sound better, might improve america’s image, but the apparatus of government is fairly inflexible. then again, progress is progress,no matter how miniscule.

i dont know, what difference wiould it make to have an educated, intelligent visionary as opposed to a retarded, alcoholic redneck dropout.
no difference i guess….
January 11th, 2010 at 1:27 pm

Chuck D: intellectually amazing person, congrats on his influential push for what a
Arizona has now: M L K day. BUT! aside from the racial perspective on this campaign which unfortunately is over. As president Obama’ll have no real passion for the good of our country USA. Don’t view it as a black/white issue, look at his past, priest, church, wife’s statement “for the first time in my adultlife i’m proud of our country” he shows no respect during Pledge, without our troops goodbye AMERICA, SOL

I think that the fact hip hop transcends race and speaks to people multculturally is one of the key factors in the voting process. Look at the age of everyone voting and what music is now influencing america. I don’t think it is the reason Barrack exists or whatever she said.Love between two courageous people is the reason Barrack Obama exists!(with God’s will of course.) Make sure you Vote 11-04-08!!
January 11th, 2010 at 7:01 pm
I think Cynthia McKinney is alot better than Obama, but i guess a lying democrat that you can try to hold accountable is better than a Republican whos doing what he told you he would do (drill the arctic etc…)
And i do think that hiphop helped “normalize” black people and get them accepted in mainstream circles and help kill racism, even if its still around (Cough ashley todd cough)
January 11th, 2010 at 7:02 pm
Don’t sound so surprised. Why wouldn’t he be? Have you ever listened to his lyrics?
January 11th, 2010 at 7:35 pm
Fuck you chuck! I loved you, i loved PE, i loved your revolutionary spirit… and now… yes, i’m with obama… no, man, please.
January 11th, 2010 at 8:09 pm
Chuck D – smart, thoughtful, gracious, hip, at times militant – just a really fucken cool dude. Knows what’s going on. Not many people really do it seems….
January 11th, 2010 at 8:47 pm
Mistachuck let her off the hook graciously and with a more thoughtful response than the question deserved.
January 11th, 2010 at 9:19 pm
hot!!!
January 11th, 2010 at 9:58 pm
dayumn Chuck D is an articulate dude.
January 11th, 2010 at 10:47 pm
well if u listen to Spike Lee at the roundtable discussion, u will hear him state that Hip Hop has made progress in race relations that has allowed Senator Obama to be more accepible to the younger generation. Sure the ‘grown ups’ are supporting him but it is the young voters that will or will not get him in office. So even do Chuck D makes a valid response, the question remains valid, ’sweetie’.
January 11th, 2010 at 11:28 pm
Silly questions… why the need to associate hiphop ? Because he’s black. Let’s look at the bigger picture. Chuck was gracious!
